Because all products are custom-made, our return and refund policy is designed to address product defects or errors while maintaining fairness and clarity for both parties.
Reporting Issues
If there is a problem with your order, you must notify us within five (5) business days of receiving your product.

Our team will create a claim file and guide you through the resolution process.
Defective Products & Claims Process
To process your claim, we may request:
- Digital photos clearly showing the issue or defect.
- The return of the defective item(s), at the customer’s expense. If our team confirms a manufacturing defect, return shipping costs may be reimbursed.
All returned items must be in their original packaging or securely packed to prevent damage during return transit.
⚠️ Claims received after 5 business days from delivery may not be eligible for refund, reprint, or credit.
Non-Refundable Items & Charges
Because all products are custom printed to order, we do not issue refunds for the following:
- Customer errors in artwork or submitted files
- Color variance from screen proofs (color matching is not guaranteed unless a hard proof is approved)
- Expedited shipping or rush order fees
- Orders canceled after production has started
Once production has begun, the order is non-cancellable and non-refundable.
Shipping & Delivery Disclaimer
PrintPopupStands.com is not responsible for:
- Shipping delays or damage caused by carriers (UPS, FedEx, messengers, etc.)
- Missed deadlines due to incorrect or incomplete artwork submissions
Reprints, if applicable, will follow standard production and shipping timelines. Final approval must be submitted in writing before production begins.
Color Accuracy
Printed output may vary from digital proofs due to differences in equipment and calibration. Color matching is not guaranteed without a physical proof approved by the customer.
Indemnity
By placing an order, you agree to indemnify and hold PrintPopupStands.com, its affiliates, and partners harmless from any legal claims or liabilities resulting from the use of copyrighted, trademarked, or otherwise protected materials provided by you.
Right of Refusal
We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders at our discretion, including but not limited to suspected fraud, misuse, or policy violations.
