    New York City’s largest children’s Halloween parade begins at 6:30 p.m., moving along 7th Avenue from 14th Street to Third Street. Trick-or-treating starts earlier at local stores along 7th and 5th Avenues from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. A perfect event for families with little ones!
