North America’s Premier B2B Bicycle Industry Event Returns for 2026
The organizers of the CABDA Expo, North America’s largest B2B gathering for the bicycle industry, have officially opened attendee registration for their 2026 trade show series. The CABDA events continue to serve as a hub for retailers, suppliers, and industry professionals, offering unmatched opportunities for networking, education, and business development.
2026 Show Dates and Locations
- CABDA Midwest: February 4–5, 2026 – Schaumburg Convention Center, Chicago, IL
- CABDA West: March 18–19, 2026 – World Market Center, Las Vegas, NV
Both events will feature expanded exhibit halls and an impressive lineup of educational sessions, technical clinics, and profitability seminars organized by the National Bicycle Dealers Association (NBDA). These programs are designed to equip attendees with actionable insights to strengthen operations and stay competitive in an evolving marketplace.
Registration and Participation
The CABDA Expo remains a trade-only event, exclusively open to independent bicycle retailers, suppliers, and service providers. Retailers can take advantage of free early registration, securing their spot at one of the most influential events in the cycling business calendar.
CABDA East to Return in 2027
Organizers also announced that CABDA East will not take place in 2026 as they prepare to move the show to a larger venue capable of supporting an expanded format and pre-show conference. The event will return in January 2027, offering an even more comprehensive experience.
“We had hoped to complete the move in time for the January 2026 event,” said Jim Kersten, Show Director of the CABDA Expo. “But due to logistical challenges, we couldn’t make it happen on schedule. Our goal is always to deliver a quality event — and our attendees and exhibitors deserve nothing less.”
