Shipping Options
Choose from the following shipping options:
- RUSH: Print and ship the same day, with guaranteed delivery the next business day* (cutoff time: 1 PM EST).
- PRIORITY: Print, ship, and deliver within 2 business days or less* (cutoff time: 1 PM EST).
- EXPRESS: Print, ship, and deliver in 4 business days or less (cutoff time: 1 PM EST).
- STANDARD: Print, ship, and deliver in 6 business days or less (cutoff time: 1 PM EST).
- FREE GROUND: Print, ship, and deliver in 8 business days or less (cutoff time: 1 PM EST).
- FREIGHT: Print, ship, and deliver in 10 business days or less (cutoff time: 1 PM EST).
Shipping Packaging
The maximum length for banners shipped rolled in a tube via UPS is 8 feet.
Banners exceeding 8 feet in either dimension will be folded into a smaller box. To have oversized banners shipped rolled in a tube, please choose the Freight option. Freight shipping accommodates banners up to 16 feet in length.
Shipping fees are calculated based on your destination, the size and weight of the items, and include a small fee for insuring the value of your order against damage or theft during transit.
Each shipping method will show an estimated delivery date and the exact cost. Enter your delivery zip code next to each item for more accurate shipping estimates.
You can choose different shipping options for each item in your order. For example, one item can ship via RUSH, and another can ship via STANDARD.
On-Time Delivery Guarantee
Our Guarantee: If your order doesn’t arrive by the delivery date you selected, it’s FREE! You’ll receive a full refund, including shipping costs, and you get to keep the merchandise.
How to Qualify:
- Select a guaranteed delivery date for your items in the shopping cart. Note: Free Ground, Standard, Express, and Freight options do not include guaranteed delivery. Only RUSH and PRIORITY are guaranteed.
- Ship to a U.S. address (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. boxes, and APO/FPO addresses).
- Prepay or charge to an existing account—unpaid orders do not qualify for the guarantee.
Customer Responsibilities
To ensure we meet our deadlines, please follow these guidelines:
- Submit Art Files on Time: To meet guaranteed delivery dates, files must be submitted correctly. Errors like wrong formats, low-quality artwork, or corrupted files may void the guarantee.
- File Submission Deadlines:
- RUSH & PRIORITY orders: Files must be submitted by 1 PM Eastern Time on the day the order is placed.
- All other delivery options: Files must be submitted within 4 business hours of placing the order.
- Proof Approvals: If proofs are required, you must approve them within 1 business hour.
- Communication: Please provide two contact phone numbers to ensure we can reach you if necessary. If we’re unable to contact you, the guarantee may be voided.
The Fine Print
We may cancel or refuse a guaranteed delivery request if it’s unreasonable or outside our production capabilities (e.g., a large order of 10,000 banners to be delivered in one day).
If we can’t meet a guaranteed delivery request, we’ll contact you within 1 business hour to discuss a new delivery date or offer a full refund.
The guarantee does not apply in cases of service interruptions or delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as weather issues, mishandling by the shipping carrier, or mechanical failures.
Shipping fees for guaranteed delivery include both shipping and rush fees for expedited production.
Physical proofs or custom artwork design by us may delay delivery or result in additional fees to meet the original deadline.
Proof of delivery is based on the shipping carrier’s tracking system. If tracking shows delivery, we consider our obligations fulfilled, even if the package was left with someone else or on a doorstep.
Changing or canceling items, combining orders, or altering shipping addresses or methods after placing the order can affect your eligibility for guaranteed delivery.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue guaranteed delivery at any time.
